Simply say;

' God, I'm sorry that I've been living without a relationship with You. I need you to forgive me.

Thankyou that Jesus Christ died on the cross to give me a way back to You. I want to follow Him now, and give Him the rest of my life.

Please fill me with the Holy Spirit, who is God, unseen, but living in me, to give me the power to live the life You want me to. '
